Erin brings more than two decades of leadership, strategic planning, project management, financial planning, and relationship-building to the Origin Editorial team. Before coming to Origin, she served as the Vice President of Publications for the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), where she oversaw the editorial and financial operations and strategic direction of several GI-related publications, including five peer-reviewed journals, a newspaper, an early-career magazine, a blog, and a quarterly clinical-research digest. Erin recently served as the president of ISMTE and is the chair of its Global Event Oversight Committee. She is a member of SSP, CSE, and ASAE. She has also served as co-chair of the Publishing Professional Peer Group for CMSS and was a member of the writing group for the C4DISC Toolkits for Equity Project’s “Antiracism Toolkit for Organizations.” Additionally, Erin has served as an SSP and CSE mentor. Erin received her degree in psychology from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
