Jim has more than 30 years of public and private company administrative, financial and general management leadership experience, with a specific focus on creating and building entrepreneurial businesses. Jim is a creative executive, an experienced problem solver with compelling negotiating, analytical and financial skills that allow him to understand the implications of new facts and circumstances. Jim experience includes mergers and acquisitions and taking private companies public.
Jim attended University of Maryland on a football scholarship and graduated cum laude in 1973 with a degree in Public Accounting and Business Administration. He became a CPA in 1975 and earned a MBA in Finance graduating cum laude from Loyola College in 1979 and also studied law at Catholic University Law School from 1982 to 1983.
