Quantum Partners provides consulting services to companies seeking funding for working capital, revenue growth, mergers and acquisitions, and equipment.

We provide consulting services in three phases.

Consultation Phase - One Hour - No charge

• Discuss your company in general - history, products and services, current financial condition, ownership and management structure, future plans, debt needed and for what purpose to determine if Quantum Partners can be of assistance.

Discovery Phase - Up to 30 days - Fixed Consulting Fee to be Determined

• Analyze your Company’s business model, ownership, management team, past financial performance, and projected revenue growth and profitability to gain a thorough understanding of your Company and its current and future capital requirements
• Survey lenders whose lending criteria align with your proposed debt placement
• Provide detailed feedback to you on the results of the survey to enable you to decide if you want to go forward with the Action Phase

Action Phase - Up to 90 days - Fixed Consulting Fee to be Negotiated

• Serve as the lead negotiator representing your Company with interested lenders
• Arrange meetings between the Company’s ownership, management and Lenders
• Present the loan request and required information to Lenders
• Answer Lender questions and provide additional information as requested
• Negotiate terms and conditions
• Review loan documents in conjunction with Company
• Participate in the closing to the extent required
