My current position is Founder and CEO of Quantum Partners, Inc. where I advise CEOs of companies ranging from startup to mature in diverse industries in the development of financing strategies, business plans, and solutions to strategic issues facing their companies.
Prior business experience includes serving as the CEO of two e-learning companies with operations in the US and Europe, CEO of two management consulting companies, Treasurer of a major DC based hospital system, VP Finance of the land development subsidiary of one the nation’s largest homebuilding companies, Executive Advisor to the CEO of a roll-up of twelve homebuilding companies; VP Finance of an e-discovery company; and CFO of a global management consulting firm.
Banking experience includes serving as a Senior Vice President, Group Manager and commercial lender with five regional and national commercial banks serving the middle market in the Washington, DC and Pittsburgh areas. Areas of expertise in commercial lending include negotiating revolving lines of credit, term loans, asset based credit facilities and merger and acquisition financing.
I also serve as the Chairman of the Board of Orchestra 2100, Inc, a not-for-profit orchestra based in Reston, Virginia. and I am a former Marine Corps Officer.
